The Rebel religious leader Sheykh along with his followers were severely beaten, whereas 200 women were taken prisoner. Captain Ruijs conducted a search in Sirrebon alongside the troops, consist of 200 Dutch, 27 Mardijkers, 126 Ambonese, 37 Buginese, and 237 Balinese.

It was approved by Captain Ruijsch at the meeting today after he found out that two necklaces made of Agate stone and three small diamond rings were given to some chiefs in the Javanese authority by the Chiegh from Makassar. The jewelry was now handed over and bequeathed to Captain Rujsch’s wife.
